Dua Lipa for Versace

Donatella Versace has always known that the relationship between fashion and showbiz is a perfect combination. She has ever made no secret to adore music by often choosing prominent stars to be the body and face of the creations of her maison. Some names? Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Sting, Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga to name a few.

Now her infallible magnifying glass has alighted on Dua Lipa, rising star of the international pop scene: seducing and talalented, as only the Versace woman can be. Coming off the worldwide success of her album Future Nostalgia and the 3 Grammy Awards she has received, the singer has been chosen as the new muse for the 2021 FallWinter collection of Versace.

On our Facebook and Instagram (@galleriacavourbologna) profiles, we have already shown our followers some precious previews of the photo shoot directed by Ferdinando Verderi. In a maze that recalls the Greek geometries of the Versace universe, Dua Lipa poses with high heels, flame-red dresses and the must have accessories of the next season, such as the magnetic La Greca bag.

The campaign will be officially launched from Augost 30th and soon the whole collection will also be in our Versace boutique ad Galleria Cavour, in Bologna, where it’s already possible to admire some novelties in advance.
