Galleria Cavour is the Official Event Partner of the Private Party for the fourth edition of Time on Show

The fourth edition of Time on Show is set to be even more spectacular. From 22 to 25 October, indeed, this prestigious event dedicated to vintage, rare and collectable watches returns to Bologna as part of the Auto e Moto d’Epoca motor show. The event has established itself as a key destination for enthusiasts, collectors, professionals and experts from around the world.

Conceived in 2023 and organised by BolognaFiere, Time on Show was created with the aim of promoting the world of collectable watches through a setting where the public can explore exclusive pieces, meet specialist dealers, deepen their knowledge and share their interest in this sector.

The founder of Time on Show is Pier Luigi Santi, an entrepreneur with extensive experience in event organisation, alongside Paolo Borgomanero, a leading figure in the Italian luxury sector, and Auro Montanari, universally known as ‘John Goldberger’ and recognised as one of the world’s leading watch experts and collectors.

The event is based on the connection between watchmaking and the automotive sector. Both fields, in fact, place particular emphasis on mechanical precision, design quality, craftsmanship and luxury. It is precisely this shared set of values that makes Auto e Moto d’Epoca the ideal setting for Time on Show, fostering the convergence of two forms of collecting that share origins, interests and sensibilities.

Visitors will thus have the opportunity to view items of particular interest at close quarters, consider purchasing them and speak directly with specialists in the sector. The programme will be complemented by the Riva Lounge, designed as a space dedicated to hospitality and socialising, and by the ‘Time on Talk’ sessions, designed to explore topics related to the historical evolution of watchmaking, design trends and the various expressions of collecting culture.

The 2026 edition is further enhanced by a prestigious collaboration with Galleria Cavour, which, as the Official Event Partner of the Private Party, will take centre stage at the exclusive Time on Show evening in the prestigious setting of Palazzo Vassè Pietramellara.

Our company will also be present at the event with a dedicated reception area, which will showcase Galleria Cavour’s identity and values to selected guests.
