The Tiffany boutique celebrates the Davis Cup in Bologna

Once again this year, Bologna is preparing to host the Davis Cup: the Final 8 will be held at the Super Tennis Arena from 18 to 23 November. Our city will pay tribute to this prestigious sporting event with evocative events and installations.

In some of the most important squares, such as Piazza Re Enzo and Piazza Galvani, five benches will be placed, entirely coloured green, the symbolic colour of the event, and in other strategic locations, such as Porta Mazzini and Porta San Vitale, giant tennis balls will be placed.

The enthusiasm surrounding the event is palpable, as demonstrated by a significant increase in tourist numbers compared to previous years and a significant demand for tickets from overseas buyers, as reported by official organisational sources. The draw promises great excitement for fans, with Italy, as defending champions, taking to the court as hosts.

The Azzurri’s first challenge will be against Austria: our national team boasts athletes of the calibre of Matteo Berrettini and Fabio Cobolli. Galleria Cavour is also preparing to celebrate this sporting week with an event open to the public at the Tiffany boutique where, on Saturday 22nd November, guests will be able to enjoy evocative cocktails and protein-rich finger food inspired by the world of tennis and sport.

For the occasion, the flagship store will exclusively and exceptionally showcase some of the brand’s most famous fine jewellery creations, including Jean Schlumberger‘s gold bangle bracelets with diamonds and coloured enamel, much loved by style icon Jackie Kennedy.
