Louis Vuitton’s 2022 cruise collection is a journey into the future
Artist Dani Karavan turned Louis Vuitton’s last runway show in Cergy-Pontoise, near Paris, into a monumental masterwork.
Axe Majeur, the setting of the event, is in fact a futuristic complex of twelve huge outdoors installations.
The items of Louis Vuitton’s 2022 cruise collection therefore became art into art. Outwears, boots, bags and dresses connected with the surrounding natural elements (water, light, wind, sand…) in a combination between nature and fashion.
A perfect framework for Nicolas Ghesquière’s brand, which proposed audacious and positive looks, representative of an elegant but also sustainable vision, in harmony with the environment, ethereal and eternal but above all: borderless. Just like the metaphor of journey, which once again marks the DNA of the maison.
To those who are shopping in the center of Bologna these days, we suggest to come to Galleria Cavour to discover the upcoming novelties and start this journey into beauty by visiting the Louis Vuitton boutique, open from Monday to Saturday (10.00 AM – 7.30 PM) and Sundays from 10.30 AM to 2.00 PM and from 3.00 PM to 7.30 PM.
