In Bologna it’s time for events, fairs and exhibitions

11 May - 2022

The city of Bologna has always been internationally famous for its important fairs which, from cosmetics to engines, from manufacturing craftsmanship to food products, have always attracted visitors from all over the world and experts in the various sectors involved.

Finally, in a spirit of recovery and with the desire to be able to find the public and operators in attendance, the most important national and international exhibitions are returning after the stop imposed by the Covid emergency. This is the case of Arte Fiera and Cosmofarma, both on May 13-15.

The first is the important event of contemporary art that, under the guidance of Simone Menegoi, turns the spotlight on the excellence of painting, installations and visual arts. In addition to the spaces of the Fair, the entire municipal territory will be involved with events and artistic manifestations geolocalized in numerous city locations thanks to Art City, the cultural alliance project born from the collaboration between the Municipality of Bologna and BolognaFiere. During the same days, the city will also host Cosmofarma, a leading event in the pharmaceutical sector and an important reference point, on an international level, for innovations and the beauty and health care market linked to the pharmacy world.

Galleria Cavour too, in such an important week for the city’s appointments, continues to play the role it has always played historically, becoming, once again, a meeting point and setting for prestigious events. The spaces owned by La Martini srl, or those that extend from the central crossroads to the entrance on Via Farini, will host, on Saturday May 14th, the party for the 35th anniversary of Rougj, a company with a Bolognese heart, leader in the pharmaceutical cosmetics sector.

The exclusive event, reserved for selected guests, will involve important personalities of the jet set and special guests such as Cristina Parodi, host of the evening, Domenico Zambelli and Alessandra Grillo. To blow out the candles on the celebratory cake will be present the patrons of Rougj, Antonio Pirillo and Marco Giraldi, under the notes of the well-known deejay Nicola Zucchi. On stage, in addition to Renato Ancorotti, president of Cosmetica Italia, and Francesca Ferilli, head of Cosmofarma, Gioia Martini will also speak as hostess: it will be a moment to tell how the iconic spaces that will host the party, have always been a true “communicator of beauty”, as she likes to define them.

Entertainment, elegance and refinement will therefore be the elements of this special event that closes a week where Bologna returns to be the Italian capital of excellence.
