Lamborghini and Ducati together in Galleria Cavour for Art City
Three excellences of luxury and territory meet in the sign of creativity during this weekend dedicated to the world of contemporary art. In fact, it will be a special event that will see Lamborghini and Ducati protagonists in the central crossroads of Galleria Cavour from 1 to 5 February.
The occasion is “Art of creating myths“: the world premiere of “Centauro“, the work of art created by the talented Paolo Troilo on the basis of one of the limited series Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini Speciale Clienti and created in continuity with “Minotauro“, a painting that the same artist created in 2021 on the body of a Lamborghini Huracán EVO.
Hyper-realistic finger painting is the technique, unique in the world, that has given Paolo Troilo fame and authority in the artistic field. ‘Centaur‘, painted in the same way, is a work of abstract geometric decomposition as it is articulated starting from the sides of the car’s fuel tank and continues by materialising on the remaining parts of the bike.
The exhibition, anticipated by an exclusive event reserved, on Thursday 1 February, for two hundred very select guests, is an opportunity, as CEOs Claudio Domenicali and Stephan Winkelmann themselves emphasise, to mark the collaboration between two Italian excellences that have written the history of Motor Valley and that continue to work in synergy on numerous projects.
Galleria Cavour, a symbol of elegance, luxury and beauty, was the preferred choice to host this iconic project in which the talent of an internationally renowned artist has created a total connection with the world of art in a combination of power, dynamism and emotions of rare intensity. The work is one of the most prestigious exhibitions in the programme of the twelfth edition of Art City, the event that, during Arte Fiera, will see the city of Bologna become the epicentre of exhibitions, cultural initiatives and installations linked to the art world.
